Every project begins with a paid Discovery. The output is a written statement of work covering scope, deliverables, risk, and an estimated cost range. Pick the level that matches the size of what you have in mind. If extra Discovery is needed, we will signal it to you in advance and seek your written approval before exceeding the cap.

Will Appzoola host your application? Production is the live environment. Pre-production is for testing before things go live and can be turned off any time once a deployment is settled.

Lower-spec environment for client sign-off testing. Weekly backup. No SLA. Activate or deactivate on 7 days notice.

Production add-ons (optional)

Separated database serverAUD 100 setup + AUD 75 / month, ex GST

Database runs on a dedicated VM. Isolation between application and database, independent scaling.

Off-site automated backupAUD 100 setup + AUD 75 / month, ex GST

Daily encrypted backups replicated to a second geographic location. 30-day rolling retention.

Hot failover serverAUD 250 setup + AUD 75 / month, ex GST

Warm-standby production server with continuous replication. Recovery target 15 minutes. Monthly automated failover test.

24/7 paged responseAUD 50 setup + AUD 250 / month, ex GST

Out-of-hours alerts trigger paged response from the on-call principal. Without this, after-hours response is best-effort only.

Maintenance retainer (optional)

Maintenance & Support RetainerAUD 2,000 / month ex GST

8 hours of principal time per month for ongoing bug-fixes, small enhancements, and priority response. Acknowledgement within 4 business hours. No rollover of unused hours.
